In order to support the strategy of development mid-part of China,con-structing the Industrial City which r-elies on the gold water way of Changjiang River, is the important part of Changjiang economic tie ,important harbor industrial base of Jiangxi province ,one of the three importantindustry cities of Jiujiang .The development aim is to build a modern ecological harbor industry city.
　The total rule construction area is 78 square kilometers, population 500,000, insisting on the high-point of departureprograms,construction by stages and rolling over development. The near-termprogramme is 12 square kilometers mid-term is 20 square kilometers long-term is 78 square kilometers.The Industry City layout is composed of industry ports, warehouses and residentzone diagrams and the industry covers 41% of it.
